Breast Cancer Is Not Random.

It’s a Signaling Disease.

THE PROBLEM

We’ve Been Taught to Fear Estrogen.
But We Haven’t Been Taught Signaling.

Breast cancer is often framed as a genetic accident. Or as hormonal fate. But growth signaling does not occur in isolation. It is shaped by chronic insulin exposure and persistent feeding patterns, by mTOR activation, by visceral adiposity and increased aromatase activity, by circadian disruption and suppressed melatonin, and by the gradual loss of mitochondrial efficiency. Over time, these inputs compound. And signaling shifts. Cancer begins years before detection. Long before a tumor appears on imaging, metabolic and hormonal signaling has already changed.

This class connects those dots.

About Dr. Courtney Hunt

Dr. Courtney Hunt — OB/GYN and founder of Genetic Protocol — has spent over two decades decoding the connection between hormones, metabolism, and mitochondrial health. Through her work with thousands of women, she has studied the biological patterns that precede dysfunction — from insulin signaling and estrogen context to light exposure, nutrient timing, metabolic stress, and circadian disruption. Her approach bridges clinical medicine with modern metabolic science. Not ideology. Not trends. Biology.

Why I Created This Group

Breast cancer conversations are dominated by fear, oversimplification, and incomplete biology.

We are told to monitor estrogen. We are told to screen. We are told to worry. But we are rarely taught how growth signaling actually works. Over the last two decades, I’ve watched women navigate perimenopause, hormone therapy, dense breast tissue, family history, and even new diagnoses — without a clear understanding of the metabolic terrain underlying risk. This group was created to change that. Not to replace oncology. Not to offer alternative cures. But to bring biological clarity to a conversation that deserves depth. This is for women who want to understand signaling — not just statistics.

This Group Is For Women Who:

• Are navigating perimenopause or postmenopause
• Are considering or currently using HRT
• Have a family history of breast cancer
• Are newly diagnosed and want metabolic clarity alongside standard care
• Want to understand rising breast cancer rates through biology, not headlines
• Want a lifelong understanding of risk signaling
• Want to understand cancer biology without fear-based narratives

And for any woman who believes that knowledge changes outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THE 60-MINUTE MASTERCLASS

Insulin, IGF-1 & mTOR

How chronic growth signaling lowers the threshold for instability.

Estrogen in Context

Why estrogen isn’t the villain and when signaling becomes amplified.

The Warburg Shift
Why cancer cells favor glucose metabolism and what metabolic inflexibility means.

Light & Melatonin
How circadian disruption alters breast tissue signaling.

Screening Literacy
Mammogram vs MRI vs ultrasound — what actually matters.

HRT Nuance
Timing, body composition, metabolic context, and risk interpretation.

...Then We Go Deeper

Following the masterclass, we move into a structured 7-day private Instagram group.

Day 1 — Insulin & mTOR
Day 2 — Estrogen Metabolism & Aromatase
Day 3 — Mitochondrial Redox & the Warburg Shift
Day 4 — Light, Circadian Biology & Melatonin
Day 5 — Muscle, GLUT4 & Metabolic Protection
Day 6 — HRT Strategy & Dense Breast Considerations
Day 7 — Case Studies + Q&A

You’re Not Alone.

Thousands of women who once felt dismissed, exhausted, and confused have stepped into these conversations and finally found clarity. Not from fear. Not from panic. But from understanding how their biology actually works. Here’s what women have shared after participating in previous groups:

"I didn't realize how sick and swollen I looked. My skin tone looked terrible and I felt terrible everyday. I had chronic nightly migraines, histamine intolerance, so swollen with RA pain and allergies!"

"I am so amazed at the side by side view of myself and how much the light has played such a crucial part in my advancement of healing."

"I cry and praise gratitude for you and for finally being brave enough to hold your hand. Because you all along were the answer. Thank you SO much. I cannot put into words how much your knowledge means to me and I know I am only in the beginning of your courses, but from years of learning on my own and now your teachings, you are putting it together for me. My hope is to get through all of your courses and maybe even one on one at some point."

"Your straight to the point, no bullshit, nothing extra is what every DR who is supposed to heal should be like. But you are one in many millions, a true hero ❤️"
