Hunt Nutrigenetics LLC
This Refund Policy applies to all services and educational programs provided by Hunt Nutrigenetics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any service listed below, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
Nutrition Consultations
All nutrition consultations are final sale. No refunds will be issued. This includes the initial consultation, follow-up sessions, and any associated written analysis or recommendations. Once payment is processed, the consultation slot is reserved and the service is considered rendered.
Group Programs and Webinars
Registration fees for group programs and webinars — including but not limited to the Thyroid Group, Hormone Webinar, Advanced Group, Fasting Group, Gut Health Webinar, Histamine Webinar, Keto Intro, and Light Group — are non-refundable once the program or webinar has started. Cancellations received in writing before the first session may be eligible for a credit toward a future program at our sole discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued after the first session has commenced or after recorded materials have been accessed.
Service Rendered
These services involve proprietary intellectual property, live instruction, and pre-recorded educational content that is delivered or made accessible at or before the time of service. Once a session has begun or materials have been accessed, the service has been rendered in full and is therefore non-refundable.
Billing Disputes
Customers with billing concerns should contact us directly at info@geneticprotocol.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. We will respond within five (5) business days and work in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing errors.
Customer Acknowledgment
This policy is presented to customers at the point of sale. Completion of a purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms outlined above.

Service Agreement & Terms
This agreement governs the educational webinars and nutrition consultations purchased from Hunt Nutrigenetics (“Company”) by the customer (“Client”).
1. Services Offered

Educational webinars: Live and/or recorded presentations on topics including hormones, thyroid, fasting, gut health, and metabolic science. Access is delivered electronically via Zoom links and/or recordings.

Nutrition consultations: Occasional one-on-one nutrition sessions scheduled by appointment. Sessions are delivered virtually or in person as agreed at booking.
2. Scheduling & Delivery

Webinar access is delivered on the scheduled date of the event; recordings and materials are delivered within 7 days of the event.

Nutrition consultations are scheduled by the Client at the time of booking. The Client selects their appointment date and time before payment is submitted, and the service is delivered on that scheduled date.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking or registration. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and processed through the Company’s payment processor.
4. Refunds & Cancellations

Webinars: Refunds available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. After event access or recordings are delivered, sales are final.

Nutrition consultations: All nutrition consultation purchases are final and non-refundable. The Client selects their appointment date prior to payment. Rescheduling is permitted one time if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-shows, late cancellations, and missed appointments forfeit the session.
5. Educational Purpose & Medical Disclaimer
Webinars and nutrition consultations are educational in nature and are not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from the Client’s own licensed physician. The Client agrees to consult their own healthcare provider before making any changes to diet, supplementation, or medical care based on information received through Company services.
6. Intellectual Property
All webinar content, recordings, slides, and consultation materials are the intellectual property of Courtney Hunt, MD and Hunt Nutrigenetics. Content is licensed for the Client’s personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Privacy
Client information collected through registration and consultation is kept confidential and is not sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required to deliver the service.
8. Acceptance
By registering for a webinar or booking a nutrition consultation and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
