We only see 0.0035% of the electromagnetic spectrum, yet there is far more to this, from radio waves to gamma rays. In this group, I will teach you about all of the different wavelengths of light and how these relate to you. This is so much more than sunrise, sunshine, sunset, repeat - we'll talk about the photoelectric effect or how we turn light into electrical energy, use of artificial light, different wavelengths of light for different conditions like psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and more. 

On this Instagram page, I will go live every morning for 15 minutes (or more) and teach you how the light affects your health and how I incorporate exposure to different wavelengths of sunlight into my daily life. I will leave these live videos up for the duration of the 35 days that the account will be active.

I will post and go live on the Instagram page for 28 days beginning on October 31. Please note that there will be a gap in teaching from November 16-20, however I will resume going live on November 21. The last day of teaching will be December 3, and the account will be taken down on December 6. Please note that there will be no extensions and no exceptions to this. Registration will close November 7th.

Please note that there is only one Light Webinar, so if you have already watched it this webinar is the same. The webinar is 2 hours and 50 minutes long and contains all of the information on light exposure in one place as well as the scientific research behind it, and the Private Instagram group will walk you through implementing this. For the best results, I encourage you to start the webinar as soon as possible and watch it in small pieces. I find it works best to learn by listening in chunks of 10-15 minutes prior to bed. You can rewatch the webinar as many times as you need to during the month.
