Fasting and Autophagy

I will walk you through how I fast to enter a deeper state of autophagy and share some of the scientific information behind how this works.

On this page, I will be going live every morning for 15 minutes (or more) and create posts each day that explain how I fast to enter a deeper state of autophagy. I will leave these live videos up for the duration of the 30 days that the account will be active. 


Please note that this is our second level group. We strongly suggest that you have done the Intro to Brain Protocol Instagram group and/or the Ketosis is a Metabolic State: Brain Protocol webinar prior to registering for this group. We will also be doing another intro level group in the future for those who are not familiar with ketosis and fasting. Again, we suggest you start with the Intro group first and/or Ketosis Webinar first. 


This group will be similar to the previous Fasting & Autophagy private Instagram group. If you have already taken the Fasting & Autophagy group, you do not need to take it again unless you would like to. Please ensure that you are registering for the correct group as we are unable to provide refunds after you register. I will post on the Instagram page for 28 days from October 2 through October 30 and the page will be taken down November 2. Please note that there will be no extensions and no exceptions to this. Registration will close on October 12th.  


This private Instagram group is meant to be done in conjunction with the Autophagy webinar and I strongly suggest that you do both together. For this reason, if you register for this Intro to Brain Protocol group you will receive a coupon in your email for 15% off of the Autophagy Webinar. Please note that there is only one Autophagy webinar, so if you have already watched it this webinar is the same. The webinar is 2 hours and 55 minutes long and contains all of the information on fasting in one place as well as the scientific research behind it, and the Private Instagram group will walk you through implementing this. For the best results, I encourage you to start the webinar as soon as possible and watch it in small pieces. I find it works best to learn by listening in chunks of 10-15 minutes prior to bed. You can rewatch the webinar as many times as you need to during the month.
